SARCC is a peer to peer operated Recovery Community Center dedicated to organizing and mobilizing peers in recovery, their families, friends, allies of the recovery movement, community organizations and networks to promote access to immediate treatment and the resources to long term recovery through peer to peer support services, education, the elimination of stigma and discrimination, the arts and to further the development of the rights and dignity of those in recovery.
