Rape Crisis Domestic Violence Safe Haven staff and administration believe that all persons within our community are affected when sexual violence, domestic violence, intimate partner violence, dating violence, stalking and/or forms of violence occurs. As a dual program (sexual violence and domestic violence) Rape Crisis Domestic Violence Safe Haven continues to be a full-time program in Ashland County providing safe shelter, domestic violence, stalking, and rape crisis support and advocacy to individuals 24/7 and 365 days per year.
