We are operated by the Community Action Comission of Fayette county, and work with Individuals with opiate use disorder (whether it is their primary or secondary drug of choice or if they overdosed just one time, they qualify) and their families Services we provide are : Overdose response, harm reduction, referrals to treatment, cases management and referrals, care coordination, and transportation. We are here to walk with peers on their chosen path of recovery. We can help connect them with community resources as well as help navigate through available treatment providers that can meet the needs of the individual peers that we serve.
