The mission of the Wayne/Holmes County Citizen Circle is to provide one on one leadership and guidance with a network of community services for those previously incarcerated or those struggling with addictions. We strive to assist in building productive individuals and stronger family units thus creating safer and more stable community environments to reduce recidivism. Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 10:00 a.m.
