Gracehaven provides direct services for youth who are at risk of and/or have been trafficked and exploited. We work with all ages depended on the program or service. We primarily serve youth ages 10-20. Our continuum of care offers safe housing, therapeutic group home, evidence based trauma therapies, family engagement & support, in home/community aftercare services, wraparound case management, mentoring, awareness & prevention education, training & technical assistance.
