As the front door to the Hamilton County public behavioral health system, Central Connection’s primary mission is to provide a standardized entry to a system of care that ensures that services are available, accessible, and of high quality. Central Connection staff are available 24/7/365 to answer calls and connect consumers to appropriate services.Central Connection’s primary function is to assess, authorize and connect individuals and families to the appropriate behavioral health services.
