Provides mentoring, advocacy, faith-based services, identity restoration and work force development for former offenders with the help of volunteers, sponsor partners, law enforcement, government entities and other specialized community organizations. The main office is located inside Summit County Jail.The Urbean Cafe, overseen by Broken Chains Ministry, is a workforce development program located inside the Robert K. Pfaff Metro Transit Center in Akron, Ohio.
